ImJustSick - Hacked (?)

First of all, apologies for not following any set thread layout - I couldn't find any relevant.

Username: ImJustSick
Reason for ban: Hacked
Explanation: Okay so I logged into my Sythe account a few months back and I was greeted with a page saying I was banned and the reason being "Hacked". Obviously after seeing that, alarm bells started ringing, especially since I don't know how long ago I had been "hacked". None of my other internet accounts e.g Email, Paypal, social media had been compromised. I left it because at the time I had lost interest In playing RS but now that i've regained interest, I would love my account back! Long story short, I believe that my account wasn't actually hacked and therefore falsely banned. The account was a $25 Donator along with SytheVerfied. With that being said, I can prove payments and home address along with Mobile number to someone. Furthermore, the avatar was a picture of myself so I can prove it that way if you wish. It would be a great shame to lose this account, I created it in 2010 and was really starting to get into Sythe.

Looks all fine. Please also post the results of a full virus scan and a new e-mail you want us to attach to your account. Post it all on a new thread and I will request an unban en e-mail change.

I was wrongly banned last year for apparently being hacked, I've explained this to @Yankiee on this thread: [Request for Restitution] - MonsterMunch
He requested to see a scan of my computer which I did and then he said my next step is to prove my ownership of the account in this section.

@Moes These posts were approved I'm assuming by someone other than you so I've gone ahead and hidden the donation information as it contains his full name. I'll let you take it from here.
