I need help with getting a VPN!

I have had alittle trouble getting banned on most of the RSPS's I have been making most of my sales on.

I was curious if someone could teach me [with great detail] how to properly get and use a VPN so that I can keep my normal information safe and be able to continue my business.

I am using a mac, if that helps.

A VPN is just a pool of publicly shared IPs through which your computer accesses internet. There really is nothing to "teach" about, you just buy a VPN subscription (monthly will be around $5-10), install it, and connect.

I wouldn't advise using a VPN for official Runescape clients though, as practically every IP provided by any VPN has already been flagged by Jagex. I can't imagine that being a problem for a private server, but I don't know much about private servers, so I couldn't say.

I have avast secure line I paid $60 for 2 years. They have like 30 different servers around the world you can connect to. There's nothing to learn you just press connect. Generally I wouldn't recommend it because they don't give you the server information to connect manually, but it might be a good fit for your case.

 

Hotspot Shield is the way to go.
