my account literally got bannned the same exact time he traded me???? how is this my fault he had the name and i told him to look up on hioghscores it doesnt exist. the second i accepted the gold i got logged and instabanned i even screenshotted to him? i dont get this at all

 

Jagex are banning a lot of people for RWT. I was banned holding 300m 07 and I am liable to pay for it back even though the gold wasn't even for me nor was it my fault. He kept his end of the trade by trading you the gold and you need to keep yours by paying for it. The fact that you were banned is a risk that you took which has nothing to do with him.

 

i have no video proof but the sec i got logged i gyazo;d him immediately. and he said i stole the money i told him to look up the acc on high scores if he exists but wont listen and says boss wants money. what do you guys think because yeah i didnt pay him because i never actually was in possesion of the gold? as a gold seller you should know the risks if jagex bans you, how does that make a person liable for that?

 

I'm not disputing that your account isn't banned. You received the gold which means he kept his part of the deal. What happens after the gold is transferred to you is a risk accepted by you not the seller. This is standard procedure for all gold trades on Sythe. The gold was given to you and you had it which means you need to pay him for it.

it wasnt transfered by me he asked if i could take 300m and i said yes....i didnt get to transfer to any acc min after i traded him i got banned i did not transfer anytyhing to any accounts. there should be some middle ground between this because i refused to trade with him after my account got insta banned for trading with him. another acc got banned tading with ghim but it wasn't till days after and now i know why

You could try to speak with him and try to settle for less in the hope you both come to an agreement. Otherwise you will have to pay the 300/310 whatever it is.
