    Jagex stealing money?

I tried to put membership on my account through my credit card, it didn't give me membership but it said payment denied, I tried this three times, didn't work at all, I checked my balance on my credit card, said $13.00 something, meanwhile there was more, so Jagex took the money off for all those tries? Yet , I do not have membership. I tried again, didn't work, says $5.42 now.

    What's up with that.

Jagex taking money off my credit card each-time I try, but not giving me membership.

Edit: I have contacted them, before this happened, when I did so, they didn't even give a shit, and practicily said I was lying but in their own words. Anyways, we'll see how it turns out THIS time. -_-

    Edit:

Jagex is pretty unreasonable, and it's my guess that you won't get your money back. They send automated messages for customer support, which makes it obvious they don't care to talk to you.

The same thing has happened to me twice... :(

    Buut... <33 Lifesavers xD

    Jagex stealing money?

Yeah, it happened to me about five months ago, I just was too stupid too realize. I find it annoying though, because I only have a 1 in a half days of membership left and I'm getting my firecape done today, by Kabal... so... I hope it doesn't auto log him off / not have membership for when he does it. =/

    That'd suck, tbh.

It won't log off as long as he doesn't log it then you will still have members until the account logs out.

But Ive only bought members like 4 times by CC and this hasn't happened to me..

Don't forget, Jagex IS a company. You CAN threaten to sue them. They will give you your money or your membership(s) that you payed for.

    Jagex stealing money?

Last month, (will be last month tomorrow) I used a pin for membership, because I didn't have my credit card yet, before I used my mothers credit card which was over seven months ago, I left Runescape and just came back like two months ago? Anyways in my credit card bill this is what it says.

    10/02/2007 10:04:57 WP-INFO.RUNESCAPE. COM GBR $-7.99
    10/02/2007 09:58:25 WP-INFO.RUNESCAPE. COM GBR $-7.99
    10/02/2007 09:52:44 WP-INFO.RUNESCAPE. COM GBR $-7.99
    10/02/2007 09:52:04 WP-INFO.RUNESCAPE. COM GBR $-7.99

They're all red which means they took the money, but it's not on my account, so either way it's fucked up.

Price, it's happened to me before, I wrote them, bitched at them, they said it's not their fault, arn't responsible, etc.
I'm getting a hold of my credit card company thingie (faxing them the proof) and I SHOULD get my money back, I mean it's only whatever $, but that's not the point. But, it's just hassle, because this ISN'T the first time it's happened to me.

    Jagex stealing money?

Man, everyone in Sythe should just fuck with Jagex. keep doing fraud payments to them to make them get fuckedup. Seriously, the took my money once and banned me without proof.

I got membership the first day, the second day, I found my account was banned without any reason specified.
