I just got scammed by ramstain.

We agreed I would pay $80 PayPal so he could get an Amazon card he would give me a $100 eBay card. I payed him the $80 after a lot of back and forth he sent me a card that's not an eBay card. I can't read exactly what it's for in the picture he sent me but it definitely says only redeemable at retail stores.
