i got a letter from jagex i dun understand if ur a nice person i beg for help

the letter said Sorry, your account is in negative credit, you are currently blocked from making further credit-card transactions

To recover your account you will have to repay the negative credit owed, by subscribing through PayByCash for a period of time greater than the number of days negative credit you owe. i.e. if you owe 75 days, you will need to subscribe for three months.

so that mean i gotta pay only by cash or wtf is it lol plz help

 

lol, you gotta use a pay by phone or sms pin ( an alternate to buying membership)

 

Go to start a new subscription, PayByCash, choose the 3 months as a payment and then if its like 12 bucks then send them 12 dollars USD to the address they order it sent to

 

yea, or use your credit card

 

Read the first post, HE CAN'T USE CREDIT CARD! Also i dont think you can use pbp jagex made me paybycash

 

He clearly said he couldn't use a credit card.

 

lol thats the problem, i guess the cc expired and he didnt cancel so they **BLOCKED** him from making any other cc payments on the account if i understand correctly.

 

That Means Your Member ship payment cancelled and u was still playing members, that means ur account went in negative because if u paid by a credit card it might of got cancelled or something.. and yes thats mean u gotta pay that negative credit off... until then your account will be banned and can no longer play rs on it. add my msn i might be able to help you out.

Yea You must pay back the days where u been member but never paid for it lol . Anyway, Isn't this topic the wrong section to post in ?

 

pretty darn easy to figure out.. U just need to get credit and pay em bak... LIke the example u showed sed, if u ow 75 days then u will hav to pay for 3months. but u dont get membership until that is paid.
