Well, a few days ago Rich© Scammed some people for RuneScape millions, i was one of them. I then called up Paypal telling them everything that happened. They told me to do a Police Report and gather any evidence that i could to use it against him into finding him. Basically what is going to happen is that the Police in Australia will look at the Ip Address he used to make the his Paypal account and put the Bank Account onto it.

From here they can they do another track from when the Cancel and Claim was made which was for me on the 24th of September. To see if it matches. If it does, i can replenish the people who post in this thread's money that they've lost, aswell as practically put him in Jail for illegal acts. Thanks to Atomic from Sythe.com, I also have his IP address at the moment, which can be used even if he hacked the Paypal account and did a Cancel and Claim. Hacking a paypal account is illegal, so either way. He is F-Cked.

 

I bought an account called pkaz xprezz off -$respect$.
i payed 3mil. We did 50/50 i went first. went well, i used the account for about 5hrs, put 3m on it. Then tryed to log in, pass was changed aswell as recoveris.

I give 20M to Choobys to MM and the other buyer backs out so Choobys gives me back the 20M. I think since he gave it back he's not a scammer. Then he adds SpEshUl to convo so i can deal with him. We do a 10M for $35 trade. Successful

then we do a 70M for 3.5 ea
Choobys logs out with my money so i'm down 70M

Logged out ingame afterwards with my money.

so me and SpEshUl decide to deal afterwards with he go i go, i go he go

first a 5M trade then a 10M trade then 25
successful for the 5 then 10M trade at first then logs out with 25M


I can post my paypal pic to show i never got the $100 and anyways the little fucker charged back on the 5M for $20 and 10M for $40

you can see the first transaction from above the 10M for $35 when Choobys MM'd first trade but the bitch did scam me out of 70M shortly afterwards, burn in hell bitch

The deal = 4mil+ pin for torso on his 75 pure.

I get half-way done and then log to make sure the pass wasn't changed. It's changed and he's logged off MSN. I contact him afterwards telling him to give me my money or get banend (through a pm) and then I see him on MSN and he refuses to pay me. The guy's a dumb noob and I lost a day and 300k from this =(.

 

I have no real evidence for this, since I didnt think about taking an screen shot, but I dont think he has the guts to denie it anyway.
He was suposed to get my firecape, and even before i letted him in my acount, i had supicius, I just dont know why i was that fucking stupid letting him at the end.
At the first moment he went in my acount, he changed the password, and them messaged me over msn asking for my bank pin, orelse he would make offenses.
I denied to give him it, and aperantly he started doing many rule brakings, and eventually got me permanently banned with 17 Black marks.
He also knew my pin somehow, I just cant imagine how he would know it.
Can some one tell me how the fuck he could find out my pin??
I dont know if he dropped any of my stuff in bank, but nothing was worth anything, except the torso and rune defender and str cape.
I transfered my money to another acount of mine, and im sooo glad I did.

I apealed to jagex, and they denied 2 of the offenses which is completely bullshit, but accepted the last, which took away 10.5 whole black marcks straight away!! Meaning that I now only got 6.5 black marks. [Lol only)
And when before all this i had 5.5 black marks.
I will try to move away the last 1 black mark aswell, since its simply not fair.
Besides that, I am banned for 3 days, and hoping for that the idiot Kombo didnt drop any of my stuff.
