Can my PC handle a Titan Graphics Card?

I was thinking about getting the titan or the 1080 GeForce.

    My CPU is a i7-4770k CPU @ 3.50GHz (4 cores).

Current graphics card is a 660 GeForce.

    yes.

*EDIT: You should list more then just your CPU, but if you're asking if your CPU will be a bottleneck on your GPU, the answer is no.

    What power supply? What motherboard?

More specs will be helpful, but it's looking like you'll be fine providing you've got a decent PSU.

Considering your mobo can already handle the cpu, most likely can handle the titan or 1080, your psu is good enough too, might need a 750 if you're going to overclock id imagine
Also isn't the 1070 better than the titan might be wrong here
