Explain the service: Payed for 99 con and my account was cleared took my imbued rings and cleared everything off my acc 0 stacks left of EVERYTHING. Lost in total over 35mil. Had 13K mahogany planks on account and all gone. They spent all my NMZ points 10M+.. took my slayer helm (i). I now need to grind NMZ for ages to get my imbues back. In total i've lost about 50-60M and man hours to fix my bank + the NMZ points

Proof that the service was not completed: Service was levelled to 96 and my bank was then cleared, 13k mahog planks stolen. over 35mil stolen.

Other relevant trade screenshots: Can provide screenshots of my bank however it is confirm someone at UPS Scammed multiple users.

Please can i be refunded my 13k mahogany planks and 20-35M for my items which were stolen. Want to stop the service now due to all items in my bank being 0 stacks. Would like refund for remainder of service payed 147M for 85-99 con. currently @ 96 con


This is disappointing I have been using UPS for a while and placed over 300M in orders was going to continue using there services but not again.

 

Also my 6.8m cash pile was stolen.
