Colorado labor laws?

Hi friends, In Colorado I know that the law says that workers can take a thirty minute lunch break or an on duty for meal. And after five consecutive hours of work I think they deserve that. But when this comes to me I have a preference not to take lunch breaks and my employer does not offer on-duty meals (nor would I make use of them) as an option, but my employer is forcing me to clock out and take a lunch so that they will not be in violation of the labor laws. Is there any way that I can waive this right so that my employer is protected and I don't have to clock out for half an hour everyday?

I live in colorado also if you want to aviod the work laws, the best i can tell you is work 6 hours and take 2 breaks if your boss will let you...

 

i get an hour payed break at my job lol. but i cant go out to eat some where cause im usualy on a boat or an oil rig 0.o

 

Where did you live, because a 1 hour break is a lot...

 

i live in texass, and i work offshore as a professional diver.... i make more money than my mommy and dady ever made lol. but you have to retire when your about 40-45 because you are usualy physicly unable to do the job safely...
basicly i do underwater construction persay...

 

Thats sounds cool, But I've done normal construction and it is really hard, so underwater must be hard...

Wel if you make more then your mom and dad make sure you save some money or get a very pricy girlfriend...

in reply to jaamal, right now im saving my money cause i dont want to have to get another job after i retire, i dont behlive in spending tons of money in attempt to woo a girl into likeing me, i behlive in love.... those girls (gold diggers) in my eyes are whores haha. and youll find out about the ez rail in a bar right befor they close if your desperat for some love.... but there not the most attractive girls heh....

ONly taken two girls to meet my mom, only like 3 to my house and I have no problem in spending money to woo a woman... You have to have finance to get romance... That is my line don't steal it...(someone is writing it down now LOL)
