I recieved 2 infractions today that were complete horse shit and I believe the mods set me up.

I received 1 infraction for "Shit posting in SFA" When It was not spam nor off topic but I beleive the infraction was given because I stated that I agreed with Trump and believe the immigration ban was a good move on his part.

Here is the post I got infracted for:

My response was completely valid, I said I agreed with it and why it was the "right idea"

Sythe mods treat me, Spm unfairly and I believe they "bully" me around just because they can and I am getting 100% sick of it.

If anything I helped the mods why is that worthy of an infraction? ILL TELL YOU WHY. I did not get infracted for that post UNTIL I was sitting @ 6 infractions (1 away from a week ban). I SAW COUNTLESS MODS/ADMINS read that thread but nobody had infracted me for it last night when I was sitting @ 5. I GARUNTEE that the mods set me up so at 6 infractions they would infract me and get me banned.

WHY the hell would I get infracted for that? You retards asked for feedback didn't you fucking idiots?

NOT TO MENTION. The case of me and @M0NST3RFR3AK It took you guys 5 FUCKING DAYS to remove the DNT when it should of been removed after 1. What else? @Azie jumps the trigger and bans me/kicks from discord +DNT when I said I was going to pay him but M0nster should pay for shipping... Another case of Sythe staff bullying me just because they fucking can.


IMO we need new Sythe staff the only staff worth keeping are Yankiee,Astro,MOES,n4no,video (hes cool),Makaladang

I directed you to SFA rules SFA is meant for an INTELLECTUAL discourse in regards to your post. SFA posts are held to a different standard and it's possible your infraction would have been reversed if you made an actual dispute opposed to jumbled sentences and derogatory remarks. Your second infraction involves you - who is not a staff member - posting on a scam report after you have been warned numerous times (to the point of where you received a 3 day ban) not to. Even if your infractions were baseless - which they are not - you posting in RAS AGAIN can easily warrant another 3 day ban. Sythe members are not permitted to post on scam reports unless they are directly involved or have pertinent information to contribute (which can be done via PM).

Both of your infractions are given in accordance to the rules and there is no one out to get you; rather, people are reporting your posts and depending on the posts, they end up infracted. I can assure you no moderator cares enough about you to attempt to set you up. Our staff is not that petty and if you would abide by the rules, maybe you would avoid having 6 infractions in the first place.

I'm closing this to avoid further posting from other members, but staff/upper-staff are still able to comment on it. Your infractions are justified. Your complaining and you attempting to make yourself be the victim does not change the actual basis of your infractions.

The SFA infraction is borderline, your post skirts on the bare minimum - it contains all the elements of an argument but you don't really justify your premises. For the dispute forum one, you broke the rules and so an infraction was issued - the only problem here is that sometimes we don't infract every single person who unnecessarily posts in the dispute forum. Nevertheless, Tmoe was well within his rights to infract you for it.

In both cases, Tmoe validly exercised his discretion, and in both cases, his discretion was to infract you. Even if I overturned the SFA infraction, I wouldn't overturn the dispute forum one because of the following:

You were infracted for the first one, and promptly deleted the second one saying: "nvm not again pls no"

I get you guys want to have a bit of fun, but these infractions didn't sneak up and rear end you. I see you posted one of Lao Tsu's famous quotes on your profile. Allow me to give another that applies equally to your situation:
