The code allows you to access the call of duty 4 beta, You type it in on the xbox live part and it downloads (1gb file) you must have a xbox live gold account to download it.

Codes are selling on ebay for upto $15-$20.

Easy, on Xbox 360, you can create more then one account, and get a free 1 month gold subscription on everyone. You can then get 50+ codes.

And free bump, good luck selling them, seems like a good price
