LiTCoins Account Recovery (Divica OO)

Explanation of the trade:
He was selling a staker that Divica was the original owner, I had Divica confirm it was her account etc.
How they scammed: LiTCoins recovered the acc somehow

I bought the acc for 75m 07 last week, which I don't think it is unreasonable for Divica to give that refund as LiTCoins can recover one on her own accounts

If he were the OO yes, but Divica is the OO.
Just like recently people buy off ZippyGFX etc, buy accounts that the OO is trusted. From recent events it probably isn't advised for anyone to go with this logic though.

 

That was just proof of him posting his skype, that's off someones MM thread completely separate from this trade.

He scammed me of 200m as well evidence to come.

 

Sadly he scammed me for 83.4 07 gold. as well , he was trying to sale me an account gave me information none of which worked. Then set his status to busy on skype and has not responded to skype since.

 

@LiTCoins has been banned permanently.

Please post a separate scam report with proof so I can add it to his ban reason.

It's made very clear to everyone that whoever purchases our maxed mains receives ALL the information to it, every single bit we have. We will not give refunds for the accounts, but we will try and recover them for the owner of them, (being either the person who purchased it, or the person who purchased it from them etc..)

If you need the account recovered, and you have sufficient proof you bought it from said person who bought it from us, PM my bosses: Divica

 

I'd rather just a mods verdict on this, you probably didn't even read the report considering you just ask if I have sufficient proof that I bought.
I have none of the recovery details, Rija just confirmed it was one of her accounts, didn't send details but it was never discussed and I didn't ask as I knew it would be recovered if needed, but when people purchase accs from trusted OO's you assume no-one can recover it other than the OO. See ZippyGFX/RobbR reports recently. Why would I want you to give me the account that someone else is able recover?
I bought it for 75m which is what I expect it to be valued at, I'm not expecting your usual 375m A/W for your stakers.

Edit; Yes you make sense if the account was locked by Jagex, and I had messaged Divica Rija assuming that Jagex had locked it, then realized it was by recovery, and there's proof of that in the OP.

 

You won't be getting a refund, that's just it.
Mods won't make us give you a refund either as we have sold the account, andwe have given the person who purchased it all the details, and we will also recover the account for you, as many times as you need, we have no problem doing that. But at the end of the day; if the person we sold it to keeps recovering it, that's not our fault, it's made very clear on all our thread (and website) that the person who purchases it from us receives all the information.

As I said, PM your proof to my boss. They will recover it for you, but they won't refund you, and no Mod will ask them to either, as that is just ridiculous, we are going to be left out of pocket because someone wasn't thorough enough in researching buying an account before diving into it.

It is clear that the acc is unsafe for me to hold, LiTCoins can recover it anytime, which I've shown proof of.. Not being thorough? Learn to read.

 

We'll let the mods handle it, my bosses aren't going to be out of pocket for $80 because someone wasn't thorough enough when buying an account, that is the most stupid thing I've ever heard, especially when we're able to recover it for you.

 

How was I not being thorough when buying the acc? Like I said, you haven't read the report yet.
I'm not saying you can't recover the account, but I don't see why I would request you to recover the account when it can be scammed from me anytime from then on, which is what I'd like a mods verdict on.
And also I'm not trying to milk you for $80. I would've asked you to recover if I knew there wouldn't be any issues later on. If the mods say that I'm in the wrong, I'd be fine with being out of $80 and I wouldn't ask you to recover as it is not safe for it to be in my possession.

No Mod in their right mind will tell my bosses to refund you, it is YOUR responsibility to research an account and all the details before purchasing.

Anyone could buy an account from us, pretend to sell it, pretend to recover it from the person who purchased it and bam, we're having to refund another $80.

I am not 'working with LiT' he has 3 other known reports of account recovery, WHICH WERE POSTED ON THIS THREAD. It is MY responsibility to research the account, AND I DID WHICH THERE IS PROOF IN THE THREAD. Why are you replying with such clear stupidity.

Screenshots could be staged????? I'll get the MM to confirm? So you're saying people will be going out of their way to pay 400m for your staker, and then pretend to sell it for 75m to get a 75m refund from you? What?


Edit: Just to be clear, I am arguing that Divica should be liable as giving out info allowed someone to recover their account (and this is not stated in their thread that they give out information, they only say they offer lifetime recovery- which I should be able to assume that this means that they don't give info and rather recover in the case of being locked/hacked), even if I had this info I wouldn't be able to recover due to differing locations, and if I was to ask Divica to recover it has the chance of being recovered by LiT again is high, as well as it being flagged by Jagex to being banned, as happened in ZippyGFX's first report.

 

In the ZippyGFX case where a refund was mentioned, you are skipping over two parts:

1. ZippyGFX was the original owner & person selling the account.

2. There were multiple accounts sold by ZippyGFX that were later recovered. He is now banned.

In this case, there is another person involved who sold the account to you. Divica is not responsible for this user scamming. Divica should only be required to recover the account for you. Hypothetically, if LiTCoins were to continue to recover the account, that would not be Divica's fault. If you desire a refund, that would be with LiTCoins but of course that isn't going to happen because he has already scammed you. Continuing to use the account is at your own discretion.

Thinking no one can recover aside from OO is a mistaken thought. OO just has more probability in recoveries.

That's my opinion on the situation, as more opinions were requested.
