Thinking about getting 40 def on my pure lv 69, hes got 90 range 85 mage and some other good stats. should i? or shouldnt i?

 

Don't get defense. That's an ownage staker right there (if it still has 1 prayer) If you really want to get defense, I'd suggest getting 99 ranged and 99 defense, and do armor-on stakes. If it has prayer, leave it how it is now, pures own defense in wildy.

 

You would get better pks and won't have to deal with those pesky 1 itemers as much. Depends if you think itd be better.

 

Nah. Keep the defence down. I own def noobs all the time on my pure. Stay at 1...
