I believe, this dude is a scammer.

 

why

 

I bought 500 accounts of him, he gave me 20 after me asking for them, then few days later i asked him if he has other accounts he said not yet and that he has 380 of them, then he made up something about database and such thing, i told him to send me those 380 now cuz i need them and i told him i would pay 5$ extra if he does that now, then he sent me some txt file with wrong accounts. Right after i confronted him, he logged off

ask for a refund and report him how much did you buy them for

 

I paid around 40$ in total to him, I will despute him on paypal...

 

Go to report a scammer section and report him as well so he can not do it to anyone else
