At what age you think you should stop playing rs?

At what age you think you should stop playing rs and care about other things?
i mean like this: Wow he still playing rs? hes ** years old omg! what a nerd.

i think you should never play runescape because its adictive, but if u have then i would say u should stop at the age of like 18 or younger, reasoning is thats when u get out of highschool(in my school) and you should be thinking more about long term jobs and college.

 

I think you should quit RS by time you are 15, I stopped playing when I was 13.

 

maybe by the time your done high school and going into the real world, runescape would just be holding you back.

 

Some adults like it.

Having children or siblings of a younger age than yourself can drag you into it.

Expulsion's parents play RS. We are friends in real life and he told me this when we were in seventh grade. That was a long time ago.

 

There is no "Think you should quit at age xxx"

It doesn't matter if you are 11 or 22. As long as YOU like it and having the opportunity/time to play it, go ahead!

Personally i quit when i lose my interest/time to it.

Well this is my last year playing. I'm a sophmore now and in new york theres too much crap to deal with junior year.

 

im 16 and i think it really dont matter what age you play at if u think about it if the person goes to work and has free time? why not play runescape. why does it really matter if someone ones to play runescape they will and its a game for all ages.

 

Exactly, its not like something you grow out of. If someone has free time and wants to play a game, its no different than playing halo.

Hm, I think this should be more like how many years you should play it for. I would say five or less.

 

I think 15 is a pretty good age to stop playing. That's the time of your life where you should get your priorities straight. Stopping a bit later is fine too as long as you dont play it often.

 

Nowadays any MMO practically wastes your time, so my advice would be not to play it at all. I played it in the fifth grade. when I was 10.

People should focus more on the games that earn you money. FPS tourneys' always end up with some-one wawlking out with over $20,000. Heck, Fatal1ty can walk out with well over $50,000 most of the time. In South Korea, they televise Starcraft. Starcraft is considered a sport over there, and the people that play it earn about the same as the leading sports players earn over here, which is a massive amount. Well over a million each year.

Now, on to RuneScape... You sell mills illegally, as Jagex' rules state, and you earn about $20 every week. Big deal, I earn $15 a week for doing chores.

The game isn't even fun ... People are just like "argh I need 3 more levels, this is going to take ages", and they keep playing, and playing, and playing, and when they get to that level they get up to another skill and complain again, and again, and again. And then, they use that skill, and they try to make money, and they complain because its taking so long, and again, and again, and again. Now does that sound fun or boring? The only part that isn't terribly boring is the "games", such as Castle Wars, which is just a mockup of CTF, and well kids, if I want CTF I'm gonna go play Team Fortress.

but my friend's dad is in his 50's and he still plays

 

you should stop playing runescape when you get a life...but how is that possible if you cant get one because your playing rs all day long? OMG KUNUNDRUM!
