Reporting ClgMilan

1. This report may be confusing, so I will take you on the full journey with a clear description of every post/picture and link.

   IRC Nickname: Pkmilan

   Using knowledge shown further in the post, I was able to find a facebook account connected to this user.
   Comparison of this picture against the facebook picture.

   Clearly, this is the same person. If we look at the title of the post, it is "Is this Lil Milan?" Going back to the user M1lan's profile on this website, we can now look at his signature, and find the same "Lil Milan"

   What this shows us is that "M1lan", whose IRC Nickname was "Pkmilan" from col-rs is known as Milan Hermis, from Mississauga, Canada. Coincidently, a Sythe user known as Pkmilan was banned for scamming in January 2015, and he was also from Mississauga.

   In this scam report, we can see his Skype profile here:

   With that in mind, we will now look at the user "Clgmilan", who is also known as Milan, and also lives in Mississauga, Canada. This can be verified by mods viewing his IP.

   Now that we made it clear where he is from, we can dig deeper into his Sythe profile.

   Upon first inspection, we can see that the account was made in March 2015. Looking at the scam report for Pkmilan, we can see the report was in January 2015. This leaves 2 months in between the accounts being banned and created. Keeping
   that in mind, we look up and see the user's avatar. The avatar in question is from dragonballz. If there is any discrepancy on this, we can look at the miniranks and see the dragonballz minirank. Now we can use everything we know to make a very clear observation.
   
   The user Clgmilan is a user from Mississauga, Canada, known as Milan who enjoys dragonballz. The banned user Pkmilan is a user known as Milan Hermis from Mississauga, Canada, whose avatar on col-rs.com is a picture of a character from dragonballz.
   
   Now for the grand finale.
   We will now go full circle, and look back to the picture from col-rs.com

   First thing to note, top left shows the current stats. We can see all stats but defense have been lowered, while defense has been increased. Anyone familiar with Runescape will know this is due to a Saradomin brew. Next thing to note is the autochat over his head, spamming twitch/pkmilan. This simply shows that this user was known as Pkmilan, the same alias as the user on Sythe who was banned for scamming on the maxed main. Finally, we look at the title of the stream, "0% Commission Hosting for Viewers". Putting all of this together, we can gather that Sythe user "Pkmilan" was scamming viewers by brewing down before stakes, allowing his friend to stake him and win due to his lowered stats.
   
   After user Pkmilan was banned from Sythe, he created a new user 2 months later known as Clgmilan, then donated $100 to seem reputable. Hopefully a mod can look further into Clgmilan's past and check for other banned Sythe accounts, which I am confident can be found.
   
   All in all, I do believe Clgmilan is a potential threat to the community, with the potential to scam at any moment, given his past behavior scamming random people on twitch.

The report you linked I don't actually see proof of a scam, can you elaborate on this scamming of people on twitch? I gave him a DNT while we investigate this

 

Due to the seriousness of the topic and your relationship with the user being reported, could you get another admin to review the information and and we can reveal more to him?

The twitch scam was very common back in the days where commission staking on OSRS was allowed. A lot of players would stream 0% commission hosting and just log out with the players money - this is a scam that is easy to see and hard to get away with.

However what Milan was doing is harder to catch (unless you're dumb and get caught slippin like Milan). If you see at the top left he was brewed down making it so he'd have a way lower chance to win. He would then stake his friend and they would split the winnings (or the loss on the off-chance they lost).

The twitch account that he is spamming in-game is now terminated for violation. (Most likely for breaking in-game rules)

^ In that scam report has destroyed the whip tentacle on a rented max main. Probably out of rage. This shows bad character and a destructive personality. A loaded gun waiting for the trigger to be pulled.

Milan has proven that time and time again he will let the amount of money he has or the amount he loses change his morals and the decisions he make. He is very unhealthy and dangerous to the community.

These guys want the satisfaction of getting me banned. They're just dans who are jealous they no longer have a position in the fc I'm in, which is why they have the random urge to report me.

I'll admit to being pkmilan. I never scammed the person who reported me. It's no shock that he was banned himself a few days later for scamming which is in this thread

I never actively used sythe in 2015 and because of that the ban didn't mean much to me because I never scammed Killuhbyte. That's why I created a new account months later because I'm lazy and didn't want to have to go through the hassle of disputing a ban that wasn't wrongly given. I didn't make any effort to hide who I am which you can see because I named myself clgmilan. I was wrong in creating a new account but I shouldn't have been banned to begin with.

My next point is about the commission staking, twitch account, and the lowered stats. I was banned on twitch for something unrelated to breaking ingame rules, or anything in regards to rs and gaming for that matter. The lowered stats look bad but thats because a screenshot can be taken completely out of context. I had just returned from pking, and pm'd somebody to let him know I had just started to stake. I was openly streaming my client on twitch for a reason, allowing any viewers to see exactly what I was doing.

 

If you just returned from pking how is it that in the notepad you're on a 1 loss streak? and how are you brewed down with 99 hp? That's because the method of scamming was to brew up and rock cake down at the bank. You are caught in a lie now. What's your excuse this time?

Next is Milan says he is banned from twitch un-related to breaking the ingame rules. He should be able to provide proof that it wasn't for scamming viewers.

 

The notepad it is not at the top. Its continued on from when I had been staking at an earlier time. Its been years since then so I cant explain my every move from this one situation. I don't know if I had healed with food back to 99 after pking, or if my hp degen'd back down to 99. What I do know is that your conspiracy theories are wrong.

 

The notepad is at the top. See how the scroll bar is greyed out meaning it can't scroll anywhere? This is another lie. You also didn't have a skull so I doubt you just returned from pking as most max mains fight with skulls.

 

@clgmilan Please provide the reasoning behind your Twitch account being suspended. You said it was unrelated to breaking in-game rules, RuneScape, and gaming altogether.

Pictures of the e-mails Twitch sent would be a good start, but an explanation would be appreciated too.
