PBP/SMS Pins
Player 1 - Gives MM link to enter pin and cash
Player 2 - Gives MM pin
Middle M - Enters pin and checks that it works
Middle M - Gives Player 2 cash and tells player 1 that he is a member

Account Trades
I would say that you should not go with the trade if there is no way of recovering the account
Player 1 - Gives MM the amount of cash being traded for account
Player 2 - Gives MM all the infomation to the account like user pass existing pass and recovs.
Player 1 - Is sent all the infomation to the account
MM - Waits till player 1 is satisfied with the account and MM gives Player 2 money

Account for Account Trades
Player 1 - Gives MM all infomation
Player 2 - Gives MM all infomation
MM - gives Player 1 all infomation
MM - gives Player 2 all infomation

I take Pictures for all trades and I will store for 6 months
