• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I signed up to EpicNPC and I wanted to open a graphics shop so I purchased a membership in order to do so, the membership cost me $4.00 USD and then I realised I got the wrong membership so I asked in livechat if I could have a refund they declined it so I explained it was the wrong one and they said in private messages to raise a chargeback but in return they would have to perma ban my account because they aren't allowed to give refunds, so I said that was completely fine anyway I raised the claim and less than an hour later they refunded the payment and In return I was banned, it was then sorted out everything was okay then 2-3 weeks later I get banned for an offsite ban for scamming someone yet there was no thread or public claim made against me, which there would have been if I had of scammed someone which I didn't, these are the print screens to show where I made the payment and they EpicNPC refunding the payment, I haven't scammed anyone or anything it was just simple misunderstanding.

In that print screen you can see the payment was made and completed and then refunded all of the 6th January
