str8 ups mm application

reason im applying:to build up trust to make it easier to buy and sell things also so i wont need a mm when i do my own trades, this will be my first time mming

How this will work
Pin trades:
The player buying the pin will give me the money for the trade
The seller will give the phone# and the pin
The player buying will give me his/her password and i will go on the acct and check to make sure it does. If it does not then i will check again.
If it is a scam player gets his/her money back and deal is canceled
If it works then both players say their name on hotmail, runescape characters name on hotmail,trade is complete

Account trades:
1:The seller must tell me the name of the account so i can make shure it has no recovs to begin with.
2:The buyer will then give the agreed amount of money for the trade
3:The seller will give me the name and pass of the account so i can make shure it does not have membership on it so the seller will not be scammed.
4:If it is a scam then the buyer will be given his/her money back.
5:If everything works out the seller will have his/her money and buyer will have their account
