The ONly reason HE sai d that is because he didnt get his own way I.e scamming me I stopped him before he could consist in doign it.

 

This is such a common scam. It happens everywhere, which is why if you are gonna share an account with someone you need to both trust each other. As you can see, what happens in this scam is a player usually says s/he is giving away their account or quitting runescape. The player then waits a week for you to put some decent items on it then recovers it.
