it seems this pardon has not progressed for a month or 2, so ill just go ahead and pay Xier0 back so we can proceed, ty to all the mods who spent time on my pardon, ill pay Xier0 back the $302.00 if he can respond with either his paypal address, or in game name so i can give him 300m 07 gp , im ready to pay.
