Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
- Customer contacted me on Skype to buy a 3-digit steam id account, price - 300GBP
- I gave him all the info about the account he was interested in, honestly answered his question about the way I obtained the account he was going to purchase - he knew it was a hacked account and he could refuse to buy it anytime, but he accepted that and we had a trade.
- He was given all necessary info about the account safety to lower the risk of getting banned by Steam (https://www.sythe.org/posts/15455658/ https://www.sythe.org/posts/15455667/) but he refused to follow not even my advices but also Steam rules about billing info and fake credentials, which lead to account suspension.
- At the the moment report thread was created, I was not going to refund him until I see the outcome of report, but, as you can see, that was a chargeback placed out of my control by the customer (I was banned Jan 21 2016, chargeback was opened Jan 19 2016).
- As for today, I have a $0 debt to the customer, chargeback settlement has been completed at Jan 31 2016
However, I fully plead guilty to selling hacked account, the way I obtained it was not legal. No matter if the customer knew about it or not, I should not do that and my ban was fair. Henceforth I promise not to deal with illegitimately obtained goods. I beg your pardon for causing a trouble to the Sythe member 'jsteh' and for forbidden actions that took place.

Also I would like to know the Steam ID you sold him and how you obtained it before we continue with your pardon

I have registered an email address assosiated with this Steam account and recovered the account via Steam reset password form. I was not the person who originally created this Steam account, so I'm here to beg your pardon for selling account that did not belong to me.
That was my mistake, I regret I did it.

Just on the sidenote: after rereading my conversation with this guy now (starting from the part where he mentioned Sythe mod "Sharky") I've 'smelt a rat' that my customer must be a scammer named Rizla:
