Can an admin help?

I need my 2factor removed since the phone that I had 2factor enabled on was mysteriously hacked leaving me with no choice but to smash it with a hammer and toss it into the river. I have since purchased a new phone that I plan on enabling 2factor with. I still have access to the phone that I used for SVU and Roary or FireZ can confirm that it's me and that is my number.
