I did not agree to your terms of conditions, neither did I even see your post. You were reffered from a friend of mine, thats first of all. Second of all, you did not even bring up the idea of my deposit, you just kept rambling about shit then went after after leaving me on read for 2 concurring messages, why didn't you simply ask "Hey you still want your deposit?". Oh because you have the intention of the user forgetting and you making an extra buck or two, like the little scamming ass scumbag you are.

This is totally ridiculous behavior, him taking advantage of people who'm were not and never agreed to his Terms OF Conditions.

Not once have I seized anyone's bank, that was put into the T.O.S. when it was first made and will be removed asap.

 

I have contacted you to refund your deposit.. I do not have the intention of a user forgetting to gain a couple dollars, that's idiotic. I know you're mad about losing your whole bank at the Duel Arena, but now you're just lashing out in anger. In no way have I ever scammed anyone, in fact you're the only one who has claimed this.

 

We've got into contact, waiting on him to receive his deposit refund.
