Explanation of the trade: Paid 45 usd via Paypal for him to make me an Avatar, UI, and Signature. I added him on January 16th for this to be done. Initially I just wanted an avatar which is what I needed the most and he has still not even worked on it. I decided i'd get him to work on my UI and Signature as well. Going to separate the three into different sections.

He insisted on working on this first, he told me originally he could integrate the Vouches/Rentals etc into the original signature instead, he chose to type them out in a separate picture below. (I messaged him on skype if he could make the text below the signature be animated and go with the theme of the signature and he said yes) Yesterday he remade the text for below my Signature only (which is like 2 seconds of work the way he did it just changed the font style) I simply asked him to remove a few of the words (Skilling/Account Shop) from the link text. He still has not responded, and he has been on Sythe. I originally told him I like the signature once he showed me the first part without the text below which he said would be animated (which was not)

He threw together a UI for me which took him about 5, then was acting like it was some mater piece saying "came out sick" and "i'm jealous" which I knew was complete bull shit but there's not much you can do with UI's anyway and it went with the theme I was going for so w/e

This is what I originally wanted done, he still has not worked on it and this is the first reason I contacted him. I gave him an image I wanted to use for my avatar and he was trying to get my to completely change how it would look (He wanted me to make my avatar the letter C) Which was FAR off what I was looking for.

How they scammed
Minimal effort into my Signature and UI and hasn't even started working on my Avatar. It has been over 10 days and all he has probably spent a total of 40-45 minutes on my Signature and UI.

At this point i'd just like a full refund, he has put minimal effort into the GFX. I will remove my current UI (I've already stopped using the signature) As previously stated he's only actually worked on this for me for a total of 40-45 minutes in the past 12 days. I contacted @Excelont 9 days ago about him not working on it and Excelont got him to work on it (that was when he made my UI after I got excelont to message him, which he spent 5 minutes on) After that he told me to just message him about issues instead of reporting him. But at this point as I said, i'd just like a full refund and use another GFX artist.

He is probably going to respond to this saying that I loved the signature he made, yes I liked it. But it wasn't what I wanted which you later told me you couldn't do. This is not just about the signature it's about all 3 of the things I wanted done and the sheer neglect to work on my GFX and just working on other peoples work.

@T1N0 You can't deny this lol I remember when you made me gfx you told me it'd take a few days and then you went into hibernation for a 2 weeks-ish period. I wanted to do exactly what Colts is doing to you then but I liked the gfx you made so I thought w/e I'll just leave it.

I know you're really young but for future reference for your business you shouldn't tell customers when something is going to be done and then continue to postpone it for days or even weeks. If you feel like it's going to take time just give people a larger window in terms of a time-frame.

 

I'm not denying anything, I told him i'll refund him for the work I'm still missing and i'll fix the sig service bar which he wanted changed.

whether it took 2 hours or 5 min look at how it came out. Its clean and nice which he him self liked. Hes just trying to do anything to make me look bad.

no, I was trying to get you to finish my gfx this has nothing to do with making you look bad

 

for the last time.. I'm not denying the avatar was made.. I'm more then willing to refund you the avatar -.- Asked you for your paypal email which you did not provide.

As for the SIG and UI, I don't think that is minimal effort. Although you should be giving a more realistic time of completion to your customers @T1N0. Even I have had this problem in the past.

When you say something is going to be done Tomorrow it better be done tomorrow that is Minimal effort, I even said in the OP that it was w/e with the UI the sig wasn't done right I suggest if you're even going to open your mouth on a report you read it through which you clearly didn't, because he CLEARLY didn't do what I wanted done on my signature that he said he would do.

At what point before the service began did you discuss how much time should be spent on your order? Show me evidence

You have the cheek to ask for a full refund when you're still using the UI image he made? You have also used the signature before and your claim for a full refund is a meme. You have used some of the gfx works that have been made for you and now want a refund?

@T1N0 you need to refund him for the avatar. But a full refund in my opinion isn't justified especially as the UI and Sig have already been used.

For any partial refund of the UI & Sig made. Was the timeframe discussed?

this report is mainly because hes taking more orders and doing theirs instead of working on mine so maybe now he will actually do my shit instead of saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow

 

A full refund is not fair here as you have used (and are still using one of) the completed pieces. As you agreed to no refunds when you placed an order, no refunds will be required unless T1N0 can't/won't make the remaining GFX. It doesn't matter if you think the signature & UI took minimal effort because bottom line is he doesn't offer refunds and you have decided to use the GFX. Granted two weeks is a lot of time to not finish up the order, I think it's only fair T1N0 is responsible to refund for (only) the avatar.

Regarding signature changes - @T1N0 Please modify accordingly as soon as you can.

That's reasonable as the original order included an avatar. @T1N0 You don't need to be taking on more orders before you complete what Colts has requested.
