use photoshop's slice tool, it should be the third down from the top of the toolbar, third down from the move tool, right click it and chose the "Slice Tool" click & Drag the areas you want split up, then after you've sliced it up (the best way is to make sure it makes a rectangle/square on the outside of it) go file->Save For Web and voila!

 

Well I suck at this! If anyone wants to give it a try I will pay them 100K to do it.... If you can do it right
