[WTB] Steam Account w/ Griz Vet from 2007-2008

In short I'm looking for a Steam Account with TF2 and a Griz Vet or Primeval warrior badge.
Paying 30$ CAD

It has to have been created between the years of 2007 to 2008.
The caveat is that I'm looking for a non hijacked account, it has to have been created by you and have the original CDKey used on it or some form of proof that it is your personal account.
I will go first or we can use a MM, I will pay via paypal as friends and family.
