3rd sig need some feedback.

Alright, well after finally getting brushes into GIMP, this is my result. Please note this was my 1st time using GIMP, since my Photoshop trial ran out. Also I tried using some Vector styled brushes. I also was rushed by my mom to go to sleep, cause I started this before I went to sleep, so I could finish brushing it etc.. So I would just like to know if I'm on the right track, I know the render could of used better placement, but tell me what you think.
