Looking for a livechat as I do not currently have access to a phone, have a staking problem that's getting out of control.

 

The app "talklife" just might be something for you. Both for android and ios.

 

Also, man, beyond a live chat, just think of the other awesome things in your life that you could do with your time/money. I think you'll be surprised at how much that helps.

There are many websites to seek help on, but a very common one is Gamblers Anonymous

-Find an alternate replacement to gambling with something positive.
You can explore different hobbies like hiking, photography, fishing, etc.

-Avoid temptations.
Take yourself out of environments that promote gambling. Don't visit the dice forums. Ask for a DNT rank if you really feel the need. Cut bad influences.

-Seek Professional help.
Always turn to an expert it the problem gets out of hand.
