  I did create a new account which i said to Dunworry the account name was Willo
  2 other accounts have been on my IP as to this link here Brixbeable/Deiter . The account Dieter is also mine which i tried to sell a pure on but later came to think that it wasent worth it( This was attempted sold on the account Doomie aswell, but in the end decided not to go through with it since it would hurt my pardon). the account Brixbeable IS NOT ME. The account belongs to an IRL friend of mine, the account in question in this case (the range tank) was purchased by him after all of the mess with Valstone, hense why he has threads trying to sell the account. the account was NOT sold on sythe.
  I stand responsible for these accounts as they have been assioated with my old IP. but as of my knowledge no trades or scams has happend from these, but if so i stand responsible to repay them ofcouse.
  
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
  
  Valstone raised questions about a recovery test of the account AFTER it was purchased, i then took this as i was supposed to "show" i could recover the account. i therefor went ahead and recovered the account and due to different timezones he went ahead and reported me and i was afterwards banned from sythe. i supplied Valstone with a mail containing the information used to recover the account and asked him to make a follow up report as linked above as this was a simple misunderstanding between us. Later i was told i should repay Valstone and appeal my ban, i thought this was as unfair as it could get because i got banned due to a mistake? and because i was banned before i could explain myself to Valstone or the mods assioated with me getting banned. i Later took a defensive stance to keep the gp and "force" my way to getting unbanned because i felt i was being treated unfairly. I later realised this wasent helping my case and in the end i repaid Valstone the full amount and then went ahead and made an appeal which was then denied due to my shady behavoir prior to the appeal about keeping the gp and forcing my way to an appeal. i think you should forgive me because it has been 2 years since i was banned, i have made prior pardons which was denied due to the account i created afterwards wasent listed. i want to come back to this community since it was never my intention to "scam" or "force" my way back to this community, in my time on sythe i achieved 50 vouches from successfully trades and to prior selling accounts without any issues. i also had 1600 posts and was an active member to this community. i keep thinking i could have repaid instantly and not have attempted to force my way back to the community, but i only realized that after i was banned and my appeal denied due to my shady behavoir. i truely regret my actions and hope once again to be a part of this community. This is my 3rd or 4th pardon and i hope you can see i have changed since i have laid all on the table about my past after being banned, it has after all been 2 years and i have changed a lot in that time and i hope this pardon can in someway show that.

And in regards to this m4rsxpk3r scammed me for 100m!
- That trade never happened and i was NEVER banned for this, i was banned about the case regarding Valstone. i have never included this in my prior pardons aswell as this trade never happened and the answer i bleed duke posted is based on him buying 100m from a goldseller. there is no sceenshot of me receiving the alleged 100m even tho he has been scammed twice the month before? why not take sceenshots then?

The report clearly states you were banned. How were you unbanned? there seems to be no record of this.

You were obviously unbanned for something for you to be banned again. Also, you just lied about "i was NEVER banned for this". Lying = auto deny. You have basically left information out of the report which is also grounds for a denial.

 

i am quite sure i wasn't banned in that case regarding breaker_time. but that being said i may have been banned briefly and then unbanned again, i talked to i bleed duke during that report and i said it as it was that i went ahead and said i would send him the details after he pmed me in game saying he wanted me to go first, but that wasn't the original deal. so i said that and deleted him, i never received the gp nor did he receive the details. This wasn't intentional to leave this out ( if you check my prior appeals) i didn't mention it because I'm like 99% sure i never got the ban, it was only posted. i cant check the dates of when i was banned or unbanned unfortunately. but i didn't get the ban/was unbanned due to i never received the gp and he could never provide any trade info or show the "trade logs" in the runescape chat.

i left that one out because i either wasent banned or i was banned breifly and then unbanned, i thought the case was resolved (which it is) which is my i never included it in any of my appeals since i thought it wouldnt matter, also in my first appeal here -> M4rsxpk3r Pardon i recieve votes yes/no without it being included. ( because it was resolved and wasent anything new or added after the trade with Valstone and it was resolved) i hope this brings some light upon why it wasent included in my pardon and my prior pardons for that matter

 

There is proof that 100m GP was ordered from www.RSGP.eu and delivered to you. Now you've lied a second (third?) time - I believe this is grounds for a denial but I'll leave that to @Azie.

I never received the gp, he bought that gp and that was delivered to himself, and he didnt give it to me. "Lied a third time as Said above" is a Lie in itself because i never recieved the gp and there is no scrrenshots of any trades to me with the gp. I was unbanned due to there was no proof of i recieved the gp and that case with breaker_time was resolved. I dont ser why its being taken up as i never recieved the gp and was unbanned due to this. The proof there is is that breaker time ordened 100m For HIMSELF and recieved it HIMSELF. If my pardon is autodenied because of this its stupid because i never recieved those gp hense Why i was unbanned. And this case has never been included in my prior appeals and if you check in my first appeal you Can see the mods decided to keep me unbanned from that case if you check i bleed dukes reply

And the quote above the gp was delivered to me, breaker time recieved it HIMSELF, i bleed duke has posted that in a Way where it Can be understood both ways, but i did't recieve gold from Sebas, breakertime did

There is no sceenshots or videos or anything including my accounts recieving any gp, and keep in mind i was unbanned after this post by I Bleed Duke, where the edvidence is found from the mods who decided unban me and believe me (since its the truth) i cannot find as i do not have access to those topics.

again i dont see why this case is being brought up again due to it was resolved and i never recieved the gp and it was put to bed, the comment above this claiming im lieing again is misleadning because you're reading it wrong unfortunately. and i was unbanned after that post as said above, but where the documentation is for that i dont know unfortunately :/

 

I will speak to admins tomorrow because either:

1. A staff member has made a mistake which is causing a lot of confusion

2. You're not being completely honest

in regards to this, i was unbanned because i was given the benefit of the doubt since breaker time pmed me in game asking me to go first, i then Said i would change the info and then blocked him because he wasent trusted, the mods decided to keep me unbanned (but there cleary wasent made a mistake) which you Can read from the i bleed duke comment in the tinypic i linked, Also abort the breakertime case which i just said above should be on the thread.

What you posted about either there was made a mistake or i was being dishonest, i was found free of that Trade with breaker, there was no mistake made in that desicion since the Trade never happend and gp or Account never changed hands, which is Why i was unbanned because he was claiming a scam since i wouldnt go first as he pmed me in game to do, so i went along with it and then blocked him as i had no intention in going first to him counting his vouches. No mistakes were made, and several mods decided to get me unbanned since i was being framed.

Here is a scam report on breakertime where he tries to "steal" another account in another way than he tried to do it with me apparently http://i63.tinypic.com/2eg9t2p.png in my case he just pmed me in game and i went along as a joke and deleted him, and i was reported with no proof of any trades which never occured.

 

any Update regarding this? Can the voting being as all of it has been clarified in regards to all of the above.

Looking at the report, there was never confirmation that you received the funds; there was just an interpretation of the chat.

@Tmoe Can you take a look by chance?

 

There's no proof the gold was actually delivered to you and considering you were at some point either unbanned or not banned at all, it's safe to say you're telling the truth -- we can continue with this pardon.
