Zooks Pardon Request for RS account scam / Ban Evade

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: 2015 Runescape account scam / ban evading on many accounts including Zooks ( I don't remember the primary account I used when I had my scam altercation )
• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I do not know who the guy was, but if either you could reach out to him so I can repay him, or I will pay my debts to sythe to clear my name. Like I said, this occurred in 2015, and I do not have the skype logs, or paypal transactions accessible anymore.
• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Attempt to resell the account, ban evading.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was naive and desperate for money to buy things for league of legends (fresh into the game,) so I sold my account to get quick money, and eventually took it back from the gentleman. Since then, the account has been banned permanently for botting, so I don't have access to the account. I am here simply to clear my name by 1) replenishing either the victim the 50 some odd dollars or credit it to Sythe, as well as continue my league of legends boosting. As you can see, I had nothing but positive encounters under this profile, which is the account I would like to continue to handle business on if the pardon is granted.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: I did, and once again I am truly sorry for anyone I may have hurt financially, emotionally, physically, etc. Thank you for your time.

Please attempt to contact and repay the victim. If you are able to repay him, be sure to have sufficient proof that you did so. If you can't get in contact with him, give it a month of trying before coming back to update us.

 

Let me rephrase myself, I reached out to try and contact him when i submitted my pardon 2 months ago, but he hasn't contacted back. His sythe also hasn't been logged into since jan 2016.

 

Do you have proof you attempted to contact him? Please provide proof of that. You can refund the amount to a mod/admin first and then we can review your pardon for voting. We use the funds to repay other victims on this thread: [Official]Community Repayment Dice Thread

 

I messaged him on an account I had ban evaded on to add my skype, Masonation757, in which I never received an add, and his account still hasn't been logged into on Sythe.

 

Please provide proof that you msg'd his Skype.

 

I'm not sure if you read what I wrote correctly. I messaged him on an account ON HERE, that I ban evaded on, which is BANNED, meaning I can't access the account, to add me on skype @MasoNation757, in which I never received a friend request.
