Doing Monkey Madness

Hello sythers i am trying to make some extra $ and earn some vouches so i decided to do quests, and the quests i picked where:

Grand Tree
Tree Gnome Village

And most important of all Monkey Madness

what i am charging:
2mil for Grand Tree
2mil for Tree Gnome Village
6mil for Monkey Madness

10mil For all 3 quests it will take me 6 hours tops to do all 3.

How the trade will work:
You pay me 25% of the money before i start so i can buy all iteams needed, then pay me another 25% half way threw, then i will complete the quest or quests and you will pay me the rest of the amount before i log out.

What will happen if you dont pay the whole price and try scam me after i complete quests:

I will make sure i do the quests in world 2, and if you dont pay me i will spam and break all the rules on your account because i am not here to play games and this is for real if i do something for you i would like if you paid me and finished the deal.

When doing our trade i will make you complete this form :

How many quests i am doing for you : 1-3
Are you a pure or have 40 + def: yes/no
Do i have the right to ban you if you dont pay me: yes/no
Do you agree on being banned on sythe if you scam:

wow r u crazy 1-2mil for MM dude MM is harder then firecaping and firecaping prices are 4m- 10mil and MM takes a good 5 hours fire caping 4 hours max.
