Need help Windows 10 noob here! <3

I need help. Just recently bought new computers. Running GTX 1070. It only has one HDMI slot where main monitor is plugged into. My second monitor is plugged into the motherboard. Now running Windows 10, on both monitors it shows this taskbar (Pic below) on both screens. is there a way to get rid of it on the 2nd monitor so it only shows up on the main?

Following the problem above, when I try to drag a window screen say (Chrome) for example from my 1st monitor to the 2nd (right monitor) it stops it from going over to 2nd monitor and maximizes the screen instead of dragging over , how can I fix that?

Lastly... (I hate WIndows 10), when playing CS:Go/Lol or any full screen game is there a way to make it so I don't get notifications which freezes the game I'm playing and pops up.

 

For starters you should not be using both on board graphics and a dedicated gpu.

As for the start bar on both windows, I'm not at my pc currently so can't give you a step-by-step guide on it, but you can right click on the bar and the setting is in there.

Lastly, windows 10 is a great OS. what I'm seeing here is a genuine case of PEBKAC error.
