W00ter Is A Scammer!!!

w00ter and i agreed on that i will buy 33m for $100. there will be 2 payments. the first payment would be $40 for 14m and the second one will be $60 for 19m. i sent him the $40 and he only gave me 10m. and now he changed our agreement saying that for me to send the other $60 for 23m. personally i think thats f*cked up. he scammed me because he changed out agreement, because his saying that i'm not ganna give him the $60 for the rest.
