I run my combat bots 12+ hours a day. If you need some help with settings, breaks, etc., I can help. Shoot me a PM or add me on skype if you need anything.

 

Running 12+ hours a day is what will run you a highe risk of being banned. Your probably taking 4 hour breaks at least though while using proxies and other safety cautions when botting.
