Problem Connecting To Site

Ever since i had a new connection this was happening i get an error when i join website page.. it shows the normal error page firefox does when u have no connection or something like that..so in my previous connection which was cable i remember i did something with Firefox for the proxies or something so this site doesn't ban me thinking im a clone or something.. but i forgot how to do it with my new connection aka "DSl" when i get the error page sometimes it works back if i unplug internet and sometimes it doesn't someone please contact me on MSN

We don't bump here. It's just the server under mass load from the constant DdoS attacks we get. Just refresh.
