the ip banning...

i've come to notice that many leachers and such aren't people new to sythe at all, but those returning because they have been banned. i think this shouldnt be happening. i dont know how you guys can control this, but i think it needs some work done to stop the scamming and such. also, once someone is banned i think it should be searched upon that there ip address doesnt have any existing accoutns on sythe already. i just posted this because i've been seeing it a lot and when i saw awakens ghost get banned, when obviously he wasn't new to sythe, he is sure to return. i have a fealing he has other accounts on sythe as well...

 

Some people don't have static ips, so you can't permanently get rid of them.

 

What is the opposite of a static IP? :S
