Sorry about making this early but it's pure dedication to return to this site My pardon shouldn't be open till 19/1/2017 so please don't open it till then. I wrote this up in advance *I was writing a draft, got half way through thought may as well post it *

offense #1: Scamming (I assume) on pkerinheart, Recover a Runescape account, they're no relevant report, so there no direct proof of it but I'll admit I did it. (last date active on that account May 20, 2015)

offense #2 : Ban evasion on the account Rsps which I had complete 80 + legitment transactions on (Transaction number going off vouchers most likely done at least 500 with both accounts put together) (Date banned report on rsps buyer Jan 21, 2016, at 11:36 PM)

offense #3 : Ban evasion on the account A broken man which I had complete 250 + legitment transactions on

I also attempted to contact him on different skype as soon my pardon was denied the name of that skype is "a-broke" which I had recently got closed. The skype I contacted him off in the image's "Rspspk".

I hope the staff can respect the fact I'm honest not like a lot of other pardon's, I never denied any of time I was caught who I was, and in fact, I even praised yousuckv2 in somewhere for caught me.

Well, I'm not going to bullshit like 95% of all of the other pardon's, so... I sold a Runescape account, I recovered it out of my own greed. Which, I regret. and then due to lack of knowledge of the sythe rules, I ban evaded as rsps buyer and did legitment 80 trades and got caught got banned and then I ban evaded as A broken man and did a legitment 260+ trades and got caught again. So I would really like if you guys looked at pardon for what it is. A guy who's trying to open and operate a legitment business on your website but has made mistakes before he even began being legit. Most of the community has made mistakes, Broghan Scammed and evaded, Yousuck vaded, Won gold (if I'm not mistaken) vaded and even the new mod adzie (?) scammed, Some of the best member's of this site have made mistake's just like myself and have changed after what they have done wrong. Look I don't think I need to give rant why I won't scam again so all I'll say is I didn't scam as rsps buyer or a broken man, I am changed man since my scam 2 years ago, I believe my account even show's that I am since I have completed 400 transactions and had very little issue's. I'm not the idoit I was when I first joined sythe, I know their profit to be made being legit than scamming. I regret the scam I have done and if I could go back in time I would go back and fix it. I've done everything in my power to get in contact with him and refund him. I am a scumbag for I've done and I regret it deeply and wish I had never done. Now about the ban evasion. Like I said I'm not going to lie, I regret the way I did it, but I don't regret the fact I made money off it. I wish I when the proper root and pardon for my account rsps buyer back instead of making a broken man. It would have the easier way of going about things but sadly I didn't and really regret it. Yes, I also do regret my #1 ban evasion as well but like I said I didn't fully understand the rules and never read them but I do regret it and wish I read the rules and took the proper root of returning.

Alright now were going to talk why I should be allowed back into the community, I am actually good member believe it or not despite me being biggest idoit of the site. I reported people even when I've been permanently banned under the name ABM and to be honest I would always report early bumping and stuff like that when I have seen it on forums when I was a broken man anyway. 173 report scammer post before you took away getting pc for that so their most likely a lot more and have made a lot of suggestions for forums, kept the rsps section clean by reporting everything, reported people for ban evasion (my ban evasion radio like 100+ / 3) Look here even suggestion I help draft this and half of them sticky in that section are thanks to me. if you subtract the idiotic post I made in the ps section and my trolling spam forums I was was a good member believe I'd like to think.

Besides, all that only thing I have to say is my ban evasion is different from a lot of others, I created account's and tried to be legit not to cause harm to others. but ban evaders come for quick scam and profit <3

@Yankiee Personally not a fan of that idea, never have been the biggest fan of that thread (I was aware of it before writing my pardon), I remember a long time ago there was a poll in spam forums asking people what would they like done with money refunded from people like me. I voted to give it charity, If the other staff members are ok with this I would like to donate the 40$ to Make-A-Wish Children's Charity | Make-A-Wish Ireland or Home - Dogs Trust

As nice as that sounds, you scammed someone and must repay other victims as you can't repay yours.

You're welcome to purchase gold with PayPal ($40 worth at resale rate) and contact a mod/admin when you're ready.

Also, there's no need for you to rewrite your thread. Everything here is relevant & will be moved to SL when it's time for voting.
