Stats needed:
70/60/60--stay 1 prayer--
and all required stats to do quests

quests needed: lost city, waterfall quest, tree gnome village, the grand tree, death platue, demon slayer, monkey madness, dragon slayer(an any other quests u pick to have enough qp's to do dragon slayer-no quests that give prayer xp-).

Dragon slayer, tree gnome village, grand tree, monkey madness, death platue, and waterfall quest all done should put u to "AT VERY LEAST" 50 attack and strength an defence so from there training shouldnt be to hard.
