Best place to train Defence?

Hey I was just wondering where I good place to train defence without really paying attention. Heres some info you might want to know to help me choose

- Cb lvl 34
- has 40 defence atm
- I wear full rune/chain/fury/rune boots/mith scimmy

PLease dont tell me
- to go to rockcrabs
- to go to expirements
- to go to deadly red spiders in vorrok sewer

- Has NO QUESTS done, I want to try and keep range/mage as low as possible
- Prayer MUST stay at 1
If you have any idea's are where to go please post them

Yea my friend on rs said try hill giants/moss giants. trying hills right now.

 

zombies in graveyard, good xp and they don't hit much.

Considering you have such high defenc(s)e,

Use the Flesh Crawlers in the Barbarian Stronghold.

Great drops, and their maximum hit is 1.

 

Whats the str and attk lvl. If low lvl then i suggest u goto monks cuz they heal their selfs might not sound like a great place but they barely ever die at all

 

The monks will die quick with mith scimmy. Spiders in the Stronghold maybe? Axe hut?

 

no they wont die that fast really.. it all depends on what his str lvl is
