Banned for AHK /or Virtual browser

I've been playing my account legit since it's creation. However, in the past I've received numerous botting bans - until I decided enough was enough, if I wanted to continue this game then I'd just have to train manually.

However,

I've been using a custom made AHK script to drop items such as ores and fish when required. Except, I've done this since creating the account approx 1 year ago and never ran into any issues. I actually believed it would be fine, as ahk to drop and mousekeys to drop, is the same thing in my opinion.

Yesterday I used 'virtualBrowser' on the iPhone to play my account from work and trained from approx 56 attack to 60 attack. Each click would simulate an instant mouse movement as well the virtual browser uses a random IP of the virtual server you're using. And funnily, a day after - I am banned. I'm more leaning towards this being the culprit for a ban.

Is there any way I can plead my case as the account has taken me some time and would be an awful shame to lose it over using a virtual browser from a phone.. I imagine it's triggered their software to catch instant mouse movements or something a like and resulted in a ban.

I've genuinely not botted this account as I'm fully aware that an account will not survive more than a few days after running a script on it so wouldn't risk it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get a response from this as my ban isn't appealable.

Hey have said that touch screens or remote log in clients dont affect bans, the ahk is bannable and probs caught up with you.

 

After more research it's looking like the remote client isn't the cause. However, just unlikely timing for me to assume that.

Seems an awful shame to lose the account for dropping a few fish.

 

AHK isn't bannable if you set it so one key stroke (mouse click, pushing the letter q, or the number 1) only performs one action, such as right clicking, moving the mouse down an inch, etc, but not two in one keystroke.

 

Yeah I didn't do the 1:1 ratio, I essentially receated a key on my mouse to drop 6 columned items then moved my mouse right and done the same on the next column. Random timers for each click with instant mouse movement to simulate mousekeys - with the same move distance as mousekeys. However, I've done this for about a year with no issues.

 

Yeah this is considered botting by Jagex, but it is hard to detect. Using the virtual browser which assigns you an IP probably triggered your account to be flagged, which they would've detected the ahk script.
edit; there is no solution for this unfortunately, you can tweet at JagexSupport but they will give you a response saying that they correctly banned you for botting.

 

Yeah, it's hard to accept. However, not a lot I can do.
