Do you play better when you are trash talked?

How it usually goes for me is ... I trash talk the other team to piss them off so they will throw but they always end up playing better and we end up throwing lmao. Sometimes this works but most of the time we end up shitted on. I would come to the conclusion that I'm typing too much but they type just as much when I'm doing this.

Do you play better when people from the opposite team are trash talking you?

 

I definitely play better when I get trash talked. I'm a very competitive person by nature but I usually have a pretty level-headed attitude heading into League matches. I rarely lose my cool or tilt. I'm not a pro or anything but I don't tilt like others because my number 1 objective is to have fun. So when someone is trash talking me I'm pretty good at turning it around and making them regret it.

I recently moved over to jungle as a support main and when people bitch about the camp: Ward, make sure you don't see me, and I'm killing you over and over again

 

My main is jungler. There are always people who can blame jungler, because he hasn't ganked enough. I am trying not to listen to these people and just mute them. But if I am in a bad mood, even ganking to other lanes doesn't help much and it's a defeat...

You are unique) Of course, I often do a thrash talk with my teammates. Especially, if they are my friends. But if somebody does a trash talk to me, I get nervous and that can easily spoil a game for me.

 

I always get slammed because I end up retaliating. Then I lose and get banned lol

When I'm smurfing, I'll usually talk shit talk my teammates in the lobby ... "wow this guy picked yasuo top, guarantee 100% he loses lane" and a lot of the time that yasuo will try so hard just to prove me wrong.. and if he loses, I get the satisfaction in saying "I called it"

 

I always trash talk the enemy team if we're winning.

 

No because if you are trash talked you spend more effort on trash talking than you do on the game. I just prefer when the enemy trash talks me and then dies because they are not paying attention.

 

It doesn't have any impact on me. I don't mute the chat in case people call cooldown times etc but I won't pay attention to anything that isn't useful either.
