Explanation of the trade: I was buying 1B RS3 gold. He, and I decided we'd perform the transaction in two segments. I sent the first half of the money via PayPal to his account, he responds by saying "Hold on 3 min logging in." He then proceeds with walking away from his pc, and returning a few times continuously making excuses about distractions due to "today being his birthday". It's currently 12 hours after I sent the payment, and I've yet to see the gold, or a refund.

How they scammed: The scammer received my money, confirmed reception of payment via skype, and never traded me the gold.

Correct, that's the payment which was sent at 3:33 PST.

 

I would also put a screenshot down of the trade being declined or whatever if you have it. always trade a screenshot of the chat box showing the trade being completed or not. @Ball Hard

when you report a scammer, you need proofs of scam.

 

He never provided an ingame name, thus we never met.

I posted our entire skype dialogue, not to forget the singular message I received via skype stating "Yes sir" when I request authentication that I added the right guy.

 

The first image shows his two word response via Sythe confirming that he's in fact the right guy.

i would like to add this proof to this report that he indeed claimed to have paid you the 500m that you are reporting against.

Provide proof of this. Also doesn't explain why you ignored his messages twice.

I filed for a refund through the PayPal agent I held a phone conversation with throughout your extensive duration of not responding. All of which is provided through the album of dialogue which is essentially a one-man conversation with zero responsiveness. It's presently 5:39 A.M on 1/17/2017, and you've yet to respond to a single one of my messages. You have never even disclosed an in game name, let alone set up a destination for the trade to take place.

 

The most recent message he has delivered to my Skype was received at 6:42 A.M. CST on 1/16/17. This can also be found within the album of Skype dialogue.

 

Can you show a history of the claim replies?

PayPal has yet to reply upon the claim, but said claim was filed at 2:55 p.m. CST 1/16/17. His most recent response was delivered at 6:42 a.m. CST 1/16/17, and can easily be found within the Skype album.

 

It says it was last updated on the 17th according to his screenshots so I'm just trying to work out the timestamps to match in the timezones.

 

Yankiee beacuse it was updated was beacuse i replyed to paypal with SS etc To them.
