How they scammed gave him the 2m he got his friend or someone to kill him wont refund even though he died with the emblem and not me if i died with it i would not even ask for a refund but this looked so set up he could of teleported back out with the lever yet he did not also was not teleblocked because the person was using ice barrage

My response to this:
I have sold many t10s without issues, all users have been fine to tell me if there are no pkers in the area and that has been fine.

Why I do not believe I have to refund;
I clearly ask him in his screenshots if there are any pkers in the area, he says no so why wouldn't I enter the wild?
Although there is no proof of this I did not attack the pker back, OP had the chance to PJ (attack him to stop me from dying) but didn't

Edit; for anyone who doesn't know what a T10 is, it is an item you receive for getting a 10 killstreak in bounty hunter. It is untradable and is useful for buying rune pouches and other items. You can only trade it by dying to another player.
second edit; If it is not clear, if a third party kills me I lose the t10, that is why I didn't refund, as I lost the item I was trying to sell due to his negligence.

okay like i said you was not teleblocked you could of used the lever to get back out also you mentioned your friend was on the account before you could log in so you know people who pk chances are it was him on another account that killed you i am the only one who has lost out because you still have my 2m and i have nothing

 

no he did not log in there he was on edge side of lever i was in the wilderness there was no one there he used the lever someone appeard i said in the chat there was no one on my side he later says they were under the lever so why would he still use it ? without even mentioning there was someone there untill after he his dead

 

Honestly this report will basically end up one persons word vs the other. There wont really be enough evidence. I INSIST that either:

@Zac you accept 2m from me and deliver another t10 item to him (both record for safety if you have to)

or

@nickynicky you collect 2m from me.

 

and now i just had to buy t1's for my rune pouch which has cost me another 2.2m so yeah ....

 

I told him I've ran out of stock.
If it's out of your own pocket, I do appreciate that. It is an awkward report but I don't see how I am at fault here, even if it is just $2

thanks azie i would not asked for a refund if it i felt as i was in the wrong but i did nothing wrong and had to take the burden of losing out and him gettin to keep the money when it seemed so set up

Anyone can test if you use the edgeville lever it will teleport you 1 step away from the lever, so if frozen you can't tele
