Can you provide proof the service wasn't completed as well as the end of the conversation you had with him? Also need proof that you paid him the 50%.

He hasn't been on Sythe since yday.

 

No, he hasn't responded to any of my PM's on sythe or to my skype messages. He's deleted me off skype

 

I feel there is enough to warrant the ban atm. I have banned him, sorry for your loss.
