His OS-SCAPE un; LIFE
Trade; 17m OS for 1m BM.

Explanation; Traded with him, trade went smooth. 3 minutes later. Jailed -> Another 3 minutes -> Banned.

Ban this guy ASAP, he keeps trying to contact buyers in the RS private server section

Why isn't he banned yet?

 

@jekuta Can you provide proof your account(s) were banned as well please?

 

@Yankiee supposedly @jekuta's main "LIFE" was banned as well, I've seen it happen. But after I got banned I went to the duel arena and saw his account right there lol trading with another person/victim. After doing some searching I found this on the os-scape forums: Staff member just lied to me about my ban The person "LIFE" was involved in yet another rwt scheme. How does one person get permanently banned 3 times? All rwt bans are permanent and you have no chance of ever getting your items back, so this is 100% a staff member.

 

The second post on that thread says "We have enough evidence that you were rwting. If you'd like a unban we are going to have to wipe your account" - On that basis, there's a chance LIFE has been unbanned in the past due to agreeing to an account wipe. I'll wait for him to reply to what I've asked him.

 

That process takes time and an appeal. No appeal of "TIME" was found on the forums, and you can't get unbanned without an appeal. These 3 trades (or at least mine and @Sebast's) happened in the course of an hour. He couldn't have gotten unbanned if he was a normal player.

 

Agreed to a wipe after scamming a good amount of people then leave?

This report was submit by 12:07 while the other report it was submitted by 02:23.

 

Additionally, they only have this evidence because the victim (Phroster) traded with a staff member, because otherwise this would've been nearly impossible to detect. All in all I'd say this is enough evidence to get him banned lol.

 

Being banned right after the trade isn't exactly proof that he's working with staff. As far as I know, Os-Scape mods are intense on banning for RWT so it's a possibility you were simply just caught.

Were you made aware of the risks of trading on RSPS?

 

I'm not sure if you get my point here. How does he get banned first when trading with Sebast, then do trades with the same "BANNED" account "LIFE" with me around 10 minutes later? You can't get unbanned in 10 minutes in any case, and if he gotten unbanned he would've had his account wiped so he wouldn't have any money to sell. I'm not new to how rwt works on private servers lol, I know how it works.

 

Placed a DNT for now. @Searchy could you show me proof your account is banned to?

Paid him the 27m osrs on 23:02 then on 23:03 I said: "lol you're a staff member" which implies that I got jailed and banned

 

- two incidents with the same person
- his failure to respond to this report and carrying on his business like nothing has happened

I am banning him. Let's see if he disputes.
