Fair Bans?

Hey guys everyday dozens of people get scammed. There accounts just get banned and they make another one and scam again , agian, again.
I think we should Hardware ban them, Sunbet ban.
There are ways that you could spoof your hardware and there is
a away to avoid getting sunbet banning by hidding your IP but this
will decrease scammers up too 80%.

 

I think when the mods and admins determine that the person is a scammer or what ever, I think they already ban the ip. But really they can just get around this. Like a proxy.

 

I know it sucks for people like me. Im trying to sell my lvl 100acc with 99 mage. No one will trust me even if I bring MM or anything. So im mad

And how the hell do you propose an platform independent language like php will do a very platform based thing such as checking hardware serial numbers?
