I agree. Due to the lack of evidence to prove who did or didn't bot, I think the service should be terminated without refund, aside from the advance Bulletproof received. (I believe the service was a pay-as-you-go thing so there is no remainder to refund).

I am thankful that you took your time to look into this case, but quite frankly, it's quite disheartening to read this. It seems that almost all of what I said was simply disregarded as you quoted evidence being that he had osbuddy pictures, which was not a problem.

I don't really understand this "lack of evidence." My accounts were banned, and I had never logged on. The only reasonable thing anybody said was that they've gotten a ban 30 days after botting tutorial island, and even that is without any proof. I still understand that I fucked up by not having bullet do tutorial island as well.


It just seems that everyone reading this thread can now go on osbuddy and use ghost mouse recorders to repeatedly use absorption/flick prayer/rock cake/drink overload and as long as they have the pictures of osbuddy levels, they cannot get banned. I don't see why a case like this where it is so obvious what happened can be so easily thrown out. What stops the hundreds of people who read these threads from doing the same that bullet did?

Nevertheless, how do I go about getting my 120m back for the levels that were not completed on the account?

you dont get 120m sorry, i was 95/94 close to 95/94 on one and the other one was 95 close to 94, you paid 80m for that, you did give me 40m in an advance which you will get which a sythe mod will give you so i dont have to deal with you trying to set me up again, also you lied you said you never went on the account you did tut island and whatever else you did because the accounts werent in lumby when i logged on the very first time to start questing sounds like you have a lot of experience with that ghost mouse you talk about is that what you use? have a good day let one of the mods get the money from me and they can give it to you.

 

ur technically still ment to work out the remainder of the xp and work out how much gp you owe for the missing level...you never got the level so he shouldnt have to pay for it

There was a 40m advance that Bulletproof has agreed to refund. There is also a dispute abt whether or not the 80m for 90/90-95/95 should be refunded as the stats were 95/94 and 95/93. I'll msg you abt it right now.

The amount that should be refunded is the GP per XP multiplied by the total xp that wasn't trained.

@Bulletproof what was the gp/xp that was agreed? If you can include a screenshot it will be better.

 

the whole order was 230m/maxed main, he paid 80m at 90/90 on both accounts for 95/95, one account is 95/93 will 600k xp till 94 and the other one was 95/94 with around 100kish xp till 95. so the xp from 90/90 to 95/95 is 3.425M xp / acc, which equals 6.850M xp for both and if he paid 80m for that it would come down to 11.6GP/XP FOR THAT INCREMENT and if we did the remainder of the xp to 95/95 on both accounts from my calculations of 700k xp times 11.6 that is 8.12M, plus i owe him the 40m.

You have 300m+ of my 460m, for 16m exp out of what was meant to be 78m exp. This is in no way a fair way to calculate a refund if we are trying to reach an agreement.

By the way, for anybody wondering: this is what bulletproof designed for payments. You can see that he designed the payments to be less profitable for him as this went on...I believe he knew what he was doing from the start and it was the reason he designed the payments like this.

It comes down to reasonable doubt. Decisions on reports are based on the available evidence and providing someone is actually removed from Sythe, there needs to be sufficient evidence to do so.

Update on the case -

Refund owed is 53.2m = 40m + 13.2m (Summary below for Sleepy)

90-95 Att and Str (twice) = 80m service charge

90-95 att and str (twice) = 13.7m xp

13.7m xp = 80m

Total XP not trained = 2261590 (826,944 [94/95 str] + 1434646 [93/95 str (had 7.3m str xp - photo evidence)

90 - 95 att/str (twice) = 13700904 total xp

13700904 = 80m

2261590/13700904 = 0.165 (16.5%)

0.165 x 80m = 13205493 gp

Yes, you're right it is fishy. Me botting on two accounts would never result in 1 account temp and 1 account perm locked/banned. You are 100% right that you are fishy.

 

I know he can't be banned off sythe since there is not enough evidence, but is the payment that you 3 working out really fair?

How is that a fair payment if neither of us is guilty?
