Be ez's Infraction disbute

I have just received an infraction for "spaming" i did commit this but an infraction was to far so i have made this post, also I do not belive that i was given a fair warning.

Notice that an Infraction can only be given for:

- Multiple warnings
- Misleading Title: making a thread’s title different from its content as to attract attention (i.e. title of “FREE ACCOUNT” with content about some random question, “READ THIS,” etc...)
- Flooding (mild): posting in many threads in a forum in a row
- Posting Multiple Topics: creating many threads about the same thing
- Badmouthing newbies: disrespecting newcomers simply because they are new
- Accusing someone of scamming: without proof (text logs DO NOT COUNT AS PROOF)
- Begging: asking for free RS items, RS accounts, etc...
- Infraction Complaints: making a topic asking about one’s infraction, whining, asking for infraction removal, etc... anywhere except the Dispute Forum

This is my only "Spam" and only warning. This means that i do not apply to the above "Infraction Criteria" due to the fact it say "Multiple warning" And i only recived one, Not multiple.

Where In this post does it warn me specificly or even say anything about the spam i comitted. All it say's is that you must have some critisim or something helpful to the Gfx art! Yes thats good and all but where does it apply to the gfx maker and how can i rate my own work (Good job be ez but the border is a bit off, lol)! Oh wait, It doesn't specify about the gfx owner!

That just doesn't seem very bright though... That post by atomic talks about when replying to some one's post saying that if you dont have any critism or anything to try and improve the art then don't post. The examples are posts like

. How does this apply to me, who said bassicly said "thx for posting" because i don't tend to get many posts. And why didn't you just give me a warning for double post? That was the clearly where i went wrong. But i asume you thought, oh yes lets start enforcing this new rule so ill let the warning go for the double post but ill smack on an infraction instead. Why ever you chose to give me and infraction i don't know, but one thing i do know is that i didn't diserve it.

Btw what do you need to give ppl infractions? I don't see and sythe mod badges? So what is it?

 

What do you mean what do we need? We have moderator privlages (can infract anywhere).

 

See the "Runescape Mod" in cool's name? Once you've received 1 warning for Spamming, you should really be more careful. It's more than fair. A post should CONTRIBUTE something. Saying "thx for posting" contributes NOTHING.

 

Thx cool, I thought the runescape mod meant the game. But ok and pleasent once again what am i supposed to say when replying to my post apart from ty for posting? And does this mean my infraction is gone?
